Price Changes

Every effort is made to inform clients prior to price changes however, prices are subject to change without notice.

Refusal of Shipment

If any shipment is returned due to delivery refusal, or if shipment is undeliverable, a 10% restocking fee plus applicable shipping costs will be applied. New shipping charges will be incurred to re-send the shipment.

Required Condition of Storage

Seaflora requires the storage of all products in a climate controlled environment (5C – 20C / 40F – 65F), away from direct sun exposure and dampness. When not in use, containers must be tightly closed at all times. Products must be handled with hygienic care, using spatulas, pump or cosmetic applicators to handle product contents during treatments is mandatory. Fresh pumps should be used with every new bottle and good hygiene always practiced. When not in use, containers must be tightly closed at all times. Do not freeze Seaflora products. Refrigerating Seaflora products will not make them last longer.

Return Policy

Due to the personal hygienic nature of skincare products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. However, defects in manufacturing will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. If Seaflora in its sole discretion, determines that the claim of a manufacturing defect is valid, Seaflora shall offer one of the following remedies:
i. Replacement of the defective product at no additional cost, including all shipping and handling charges related to the delivery of replacement product; or
ii. Credit to the Buyers account in an amount equal to the purchase price of the defective product, to be used against future purchase.
If any discrepancies are noted upon receiving your shipment, notify Head Office or your Account Manager within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. If products are damaged during shipping immediately notify Seaflora Skincare by email. In your email include photos of the outside of the shipping box noting damage, photos of the damaged product inside the shipping box and photos of the damaged product removed from the shipping box.

Free Shipping on Orders Over $1,000 (North America): We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over $1,000 (before applicable taxes) within North America.

Shipping Costs for Orders of $1,000 or Less: For orders with a total of $1,000 or less (before applicable taxes), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the invoice.
